Simple Remittance Requirements Paper Now Available

The Business Payments Coalition (Off-site) recently published the Simple Remittance Requirements (PDF) paper, which provides information that may help small to medium size businesses (SMBs) convert from checks to electronic payments. The paper defines data needs for simple remittances that can be quickly adopted by SMBs. It also identifies levels of remittance information based on SMBs needs, starting with the minimal, viable set of data needed for payment application and reconciliation.
